We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12855526 and our registered office address is 1 Church Hill, Leigh on Sea, Essex SS9 2DE. These terms of sales refer to all items supplied by Coco and Blu Ltd. We reserve the right to change our terms of sale without notice.

Online Store & Ordering

  • Coco and Blu make every effort to ensure that our products displayed are in stock and available for sale. However, all goods supplied are subject to availability. If for whatever reason your product is unavailable upon receipt of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • Coco and Blu make numerous checks to ensure website pricing is always up to date and accurate. If we discover an error with this that affects your purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of reconfirming your order or cancelling your order.
  • Payments are made using our secure online payment facility, with most major credit cards being accepted.
  • All prices on the website are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you are buying from overseas, your credit card company will convert the price from GBP into your local currency. Coco and Blu have no control over this process or rates offered so cannot accept any responsibility for the final cost to you when the exchange rate has been applied.
  • If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches your specified destination. You will be responsible for any payment of said import duties or taxes. We have no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding this matter.
  • Certain products or services maybe exclusively available through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Returns Policy
  • When paying for goods purchased and delivery charges on the site, please follow the payment instructions, do not send us your credit card details directly. We cannot accept any responsibility or liability for this information if it is misplaced, lost or misused. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any other potential loses, financial or otherwise.
  • Any contract of purchase will only become activated when full payment has been made and received by Coco and Blu Ltd. Any contract is subject to terms and conditions and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time up until a payment has been received. After your payment has been received you will receive an email confirming your order.
  • Every product we sell is handmade and we therefore cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be identical to the one you’ve seen on the website. We try very hard to give you the most accurate product images by using high quality photography to ensure the accuracy of colours, however, we cannot control the quality of the screen you view them on. Any slight variations on the product you receive are part of what makes a handmade product truly unique to each customer
  • Customers may only use one discount code per purchase
